Q & A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Always do a consultant

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I always do continue education so that I'm up on the latest trends and fadds in the fashion industry and the beauty industry so I keep up with what's going on in the hair industry and I bring this back to my clients.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Yes, I do my pricing based on the services that the clients are rendered, also I do a lot of continue education for myself and I'm also a traveling (stylist) so I do travel to my clients as well so I do have travel expenses if I travel.

How did you get started in this business?

Basically I started doing hair at the age of 17 doing my hair ,my moms hair, my sisters hair a neighbors hair and some girls in school hair and from there I started working in a salon a few years later on a  apprenticeship program and obtained my  apprentice license and from there I became a  licensed cosmetologist and been doing that since then.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers from all walks of life from children two students to at home moms to career women and men so customers pretty much from all walks of life.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I have been doing some international traveling for my industry picking up new trends and things of that such and also doing some photo shoot's so keep it kind of busy and that aspect of the business.

What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?

Just to make sure that you get someone who can be very informative and offer the product and services that you're looking for basically have great product knowledge and also for great educational information on hair care and know about Hair and what like whatever services that you need and be able to give you good advice on haircare so I will say someone up with that caliber

What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?

Well first of all make sure that the stylus is licensed that their professional that they have product knowledge that they are a person that you could trust with hair care and just basically a person as well educated and well rounded in the hair industry that's that's my take on it
