What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients are welcome to use our easy online booking agent or call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to request pricing and make reservations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the Greater Atlanta Limousine Association, as well as, the National Limousine Association. The owners and key staff attend several meetings and events annually to stay abreast of all regulatory issues and learn at classes to best serve our clients. Chauffeurs and Reservationists also have ongoing training to continuously exhibit best practices while eceling in service.
How did you get started in this business?
Action began with the dream of one man whom sold his sportscar and purchased his first Lincoln Town Car in 1993. Fast forward to 25 years later and with over 30+ livery vehicles in our fleet we can service the smallest request and coporate groups with attendees in the thousands.

We had an amazing 97 year old that used our service for a appointment. He gave us a rave review and his daughter also took the time to call and thank us profusely for how great her father's service went...
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always ask a lot of questions, look at the companies reviews and make sure they are licensed and insured.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The number of passengers, date and times needed are the first critical components. A great transportation company can assist with logistics with this knowledge up front.
