III.VI.Artistry is known for state of the art mobile makeup services as well as studio appointments for those who wish to travel to the professional. Due to COVID-19, extra precautions have been taken to keep both clientele and professional safe. Masks and Protective coverings are used and changed through out the appointment. Sanitation and the safety of all parties are top priority.

Here at III.VI.Artistry, it is understood that providing insight on skin care is just as important as applying the makeup. In the event that hyperpigmentation, acne, eczema, chronic dry skin or any other issues may be of concern, consultations can be booked for further assistance.

Makeup Artistry is my way of building confidences in the very people that are preparing for major milestones; ie wedding ceremonies, book covers, documentaries, photo shoots and etc. I take pride in grooming my clients visions and making them a reality! As a creative, there are no limits and that is what I love most. There are no limits on how beautiful, excited and amazing my clients look and feel after their experience with me!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I converse with the client so that I am able to build a level of trust and comfort. Nothing is more uncomfortable than feeling as if you can’t connect with the person that you are working with. The more you know about the client, the more you have to work with when customizing their look. Building a rapport is always best! I also provide approximate costs for certain services. For instance, a full face makeup application starts at $95.00, Bridal makeup starts at $150.00, Eye Lash extensions (Full Set) start at $195 however depending upon the services requested, the pricing may vary. All in all, I like to create a blue print of our potential appointment, based upon the needs and wants of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an apprentice at About Face Atlanta and shortly after began working at MAC Cosmetics, where I began to challenge the skills that I had already attained while continuing to challenge myself to achieve new makeup goals daily.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The pricing includes a full makeup application. It includes a brow fill, eye shadow application, foundation, concealer, blush, eye liner, mascara, lashes and highlighter. The price is non-negotiable.
There is a 20% deposit that is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. The amount will be applied to your balance. I accept the deposits through square, PayPal and cash app.
If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged for the appointment.
Mink lashes are sold separately. They cost $25.00 and are provided at the time of the appointment for application.

How did you get started in this business?
I began freelancing in 2010, where I rendered makeup services to local colleges for their events. From there, I began exploring new opportunities and building clientele.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked on set for theater performances, Channel CBS 46 news anchorman, HGTV, Music Artists, McDonalds, NYFW, local talents and more!!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had the opportunity to provide services for a shoot where the sole purpose was to spread awareness of Endometriosis! The power behind the women that struggle with this condition is endless. I felt not only uplifted but empowered as well!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always have an idea of what you would like your makeup artist to incorporate in your customized look. Whether it is a color that you would like to use on the eyes, the type of lash that you would like to try, or even particular brands of make up that you know agree with your skin. Your makeup artist should be able to assess your wants and create the perfect look that compliments your personality and ideas.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The 5 W’s are most important! When you would like to be serviced, where you would like to be serviced, what you would like to incorporate to your look, what the occasion is for, and lastly when could you book your next appointment 😊
