Hello I'm Charlene aka empress,I'm from Trinidad and Tobago but lives in Philadelphia moving to Georgia,I'm what you call a professional hood chef that can cook anything my way,and use to sell platters out my house since 2008 on and off..never did cooking school, but learnt from my mom that owns a very popular restaurant in Trinidad. Love to free style when cooking what makes it exotic, lol... I Can cater from 1 to 15 ppl with or without set up or I can be your at home personal hood chef full or part time.🙏
