What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I setup a day and time to have a phone conversation. I inquire what their goals are. I then give suggestions for initial look options, ask to have photographs sent showing what client has wardrobe wise. Once looks are finalized, deposit is requested, shoot day and time and location are set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 plus years in business, sales, management, creative director, talent management, talent development.
How did you get started in this business?
Someone said that I should concentrate on helping people with talent personally. So I did.
What types of customers have you worked with?
To date I've worked with new and established models. I've assisted new actors/actresses. I've worked with artists. Also magazine publishers, fashion designers and others related to the entertainment industry.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions. Do some research. Decide how serious you are about moving forward with your personal goals.
