What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer specifies the types of desired food. Also, advises the number of people that are expected.
The number of pans of food.
Customer specifies whether or not they require decoration as there is a separate charge (eg tablecloths, balloon sculptures etc.
Negotiate price. Once an agreement is reached, sign contract.
Prepay half of the fee. Balance is expected on delivery on the day of the event.
