What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I SEER! Interview the customer to see their needs and interest. Suggest ideas and techniques. Find out their experience when it comes to cooking, entertaining and design. Evaluate what they want to accomplish and Lastly research ideas of their interest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 2005 Magnum Cum Lade graduate of Stratford University Falls Church, VA. I have been in the culinary field for almost over 25 plus years. I also have a design degree which helps and presentation. I have work at hotels, restaurants and catering companies.

How did you get started in this business?
After birth of my 3rd child wanted to get out of sales and customer services. Wanted to spend more time at home with children so turn into cooking and entertainment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals one on ones. Classroom setting teaching techniques. Cooking partys in homes. Corporate events.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A Baby showers event. I design the cake to favors to the menu.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the pro is understanding of their specific.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Time management is definitely an importance to any need.
