What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is very important for me to get to know my new customers needs. Whether it's on the phone and shown pictures of their hair or in person before I start the service. I learn alot this way about the condition of their hair and what their looking for.

I have been a licensed Cosmetologist for over 10 years and I have a Business Degree with the concentration in Marketing.
I have taken several continuing educational classes and continue to advance my education in my field.

How did you get started in this business?
I've loved doing hair since I was a child. Started doing clients when I was 13 years old. After college and becoming a mom I finally had a chance to get my Cosmetology license. Best decision I've ever made.😌

What types of customers have you worked with?
From babies to the elderly and All ethnicities! I just love to do hair! I specialize in curly textures. However, I can do any texture hair. I love the variety of personality, age groups of my clientale. I've met wonderful people through this business

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Every time my clients tell me how much they love their hair it gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside. It happened twice today and several times during the year. I Love to hear the miracle hair stories they blame me for. I LOVE What I do for a living
