Sean went above and beyond anything I could have imagined with his culinary skills for my Wedding Day. I had a general idea of what we wanted for our big day and I knew I wanted something memorable, but me not being much of a chef couldnt exactly portray that. From the moment I contacted Sean, his communication was impeccable. He began spouting off ideas for our menu that I couldnt have dreamed of. From the Appetizers, to the Entrees, and to the deserts, he had an elevated idea that was worthy of any 5 star dinning experience. When the day arrived, Sean was punctual and made sure not make us worry one bit. The food all came out on time, and it didnt just look exquisite, but tasted phenomenal! Seans professionalism, punctuality, and creativity is astounding. I would recommend Sean for any ones Wedding day or catering needs in general.
