What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically consult via text or through the app first to make sure we're a good fit. I then ask clients to mark transactions as HIRED in the Fash app. When a formal venue is reserved, and when possible, I like to meet clients prior to event at the venue. I find this helps tremendously in the planning process.
