A lot of videographers focus on the "look" of a video: great looking shots, a cool music track, etc... And the result is a a video that looks aesthetically great, and of course that's important, but what is missing is a well-told story. The video is pretty, but not functional. I put the story, or message, first, and make every other decision based on that. This process results in a video that most effectively communicates my client's vision with the audience, while looking great at the same time. I love the variety of projects I get to work on and the clients I've worked with!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I talk with a potential client to gather information about their needs and create a strategy we both feel will work. Every project is custom and has unique requirements, so the exact steps to move forward will depend on what we determine is needed.
