Our Journey started in Sun Valley Ca, but its embedded with Deep roots coming from the Ensenada B.C. port itself. We have taken the traditional Ensenada Style Taco and put our own modern twist to them. We believe in Preparing Food with the Freshest Ingredients and Cooking them with Technique, Knowledge, and Integrity. But we don't stop at Fish Tacos we have experience in different Cuisines and cooking modern cooking methods as well.
