What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introducing ourselves and preparing for service we do an in-depth consultation while finger playing in hair. At the shampoo bowl I pick my shampoo accordingly to hair condition, I currently give my clients 3 shampoo deep conditioning for 5-10mins then an amazing BSharp blowouts or whatever style my cleint wants.
