Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A photography request is not like many other services requests. Often clients have an idea of what they want, but have little understanding of what is required . It's hard to give a quote when information lacks details. It's very important to ask questions and listen carefully.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of experience
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The basic rule I use is based on an hourly rate of $250/hr
How did you get started in this business?
Image making has been a pasion since I was a kid
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with very large companies, down to new startups.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The greatest expansion in my work is with cinematography and shooting arial footage for my clients, so in 2025 I got my drone pilot license.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You must fall in love work you see from the photographer you decide to hire.
And that with professional photography, comparing apples to apples is often apples to peanuts.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Writing a brief with everything they seek is the best way to communicate what the client needs.
