What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome them to my salon, and ask them about their hair needs. We discuss possible services that will achieve their goals, as well as prices. I make sure to explain each step I am doing, how it benefits their hair, and to answer any questions they may have. I make sure they walk out happy and pleased.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Cosmetology License in 1982, and worked in several salons, such as Ulta & Hair Performers, before starting my own business.
