We have been in business since 2006! It's been amazing to see families grow with small kids taking trips to the airport. Then soon doing their kids proms & homecoming charters. And even later seeing the same families & kids for wedding charters. That is the most rewarding part of my job. Blessings
Being able to provide a person touch to my clients such as a quick welcome back text once they return at airport. Even just the ability to stop for a cup of coffee in route to airport or a convenient store for last minute items on a charter. Never a problem with us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask details of the service they are looking for such as date, time & total passengers as well as how much luggage( if airports shuttle service). Get address/addresses. Cell phone contact #s as well as a CCARD just for a security deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have driven large city buses & school buses which require my CDL since the early nineties. As well as work in customer service since high school.

Neg! There is nothing standard in limousine. Each trip or service is new depending on what is requested.
How did you get started in this business?
Was looking for a business that deals with people & serving their needs. I enjoy the relationally part of my business as well as being out & around Chicagoland.
