Our wine consulting business is headed by Sommelier Michael Bottigliero, who has over 20 years in the industry along with 5 different Certifications through the Court of Master Sommeliers, International Sommelier Guild, Wine & Spirits Education Trust. We help with wine event planning, consultation on restaurant beverage lists, private cellars, inventory & appraisal. We help our clients plan out the perfect wine tasting event, selecting the best wines, along with perfect food pairings. We partner with caterers and chefs for private dinners and parties.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess how much help the client needs and assist in every way possible- we do as much or as little is needed to create the perfect tasting event. We will give the most competitive pricing based upon criteria such as location, guest count, time frame, etc., then go about selecting the best wine and food pairing options.
