Provide an introductory biography, formal introduction, assessment of needs , allergens, special requests etc., review availability, conduct price analysis ( food/beverage$ ) , provide invoice via email . Await approval . Obtain deposit , start process of cooking, delivery on site according to date specified.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a proctor and instructor for Servsafe, and the national restaurant association, a certified food service protection manager , hospitality major .experienced in serving all genres of business environments.

How did you get started in this business?
I started working as a food service assistance when I was 13 years old and has progress to my own business in 2008.

A wedding for Farrah Johnson for 150 people , the bride was so excited about the offering gs and professionalism that she came to the kitchen to take pictures of the team - 3 times she thanked and praised us.
