What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inititially we will setup a consultation call to determine what services the client requires for the ultimate value of their time and money to be well spent. We willl discuss all of the important details and hash out a perfect plan to acheive our mutually invested visual goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking ongoing photography education courses since I was 14 years old and will continue to do so. Multiple certifications over the years. However, nothing competes with the experiences gained from working with numerous customers and their individual visual dreams, both professional and family oriented.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years, we have specialized in but not limited to portrait and event photography. After working with hundreds of industry models, venues, professional & family clients there is no challenge NCS photo will be afraid to handle confidently and professionally.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do ask questions when booking with your photographer. If they are not asking you the right questions than it is your responsibility to voice your opinions, goals, and desires. Make sure your investment is made well by working with a true profesional with a gaurunteed quality result.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask yourself what you will want to do with these images once you have them. Will they be used for wall art, prints, publications, online sharing, portfolio, professional likeness, etc. I also highly recommend you think about printing your images on something sizeable. It truly brings your product to life and breaths the artform back into your vision. Ask for product recommendations for any wall art or memorabilia
