Asking them what their needs are and the services that they are looking to have done.
I also offer lots of advice on services they maybe interested in to decluttering their home and making it picure perfect before I arrive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been a Photographer, but I turned my passion into Real Estate Photography 4 years ago. And I now have satellite offices in Florida & Arizona where I am very successful.
