The Extra Ingredient

I have been in love with food my whole life. About 15 years ago I decided to make that love my career. I went to culinary school and got my internship in catering. I worked with a couple different companies and loved it. However I was wanting to gain more experience in the restaurant industry. From there I worked in restaurants and became head chef. I have a diversity experience already but what I love about food is there is always more to learn. I am always looking to learn more from others as well as teaching myself more of what food has to offer. I want to be able to bring my love of food to others and teach each other along the way. When you taste my cooking, you will know the extra ingredient is love.
