Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take my time to get to know my client personally before we begin our photo session. Once we have a plan, the creativty flows easily between us. When all is wrapped up, editing starts. I will send my client sneak peeks of the upcoming photos. Once delivery is complete, I will give my client an extra gift or surprise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years professional photographer, 7 at my own company.
Steele Photographers, freelance news paper photographer, and artist.
Avid photography enthusiast, I will encourage others to reach their goals and make their dreams come true!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
How did you get started in this business?
My grandfather and father had the business before me.
Grandfather called the business Steele Photographers when he started it in the 1950's. I've had a camera in my hands since I could walk.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with wedding clients, fashion models, families that wanted quality portraits and images. I've worked with clients that needed products photographed for online publication, and worked with newspapers and print publications as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My favorite was a friend's wedding I shot. Most fun I've had while holding a camera.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We are proud to impress our clients and will be the best that we can be. When asked how can we compare to others, I tell my customers that we will do whatever it takes to make you happy in a manner that would make our grandparents proud.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Quality, price point, and availability our our strong qualifiers.
