I'm a professional, keenly-skilled, highly-educated, hard-working, dedicated, passionate chef with advanced knowledge in world-food and cooking techniques. I enjoy all things FOOD! Over the years, as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, line-DOG, dishwasher, and cook of every station, in every kitchen imaginable, I have had the privilege to learn and teach so many things.
