What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do a phone conversation first to make sure that I am a good fit for what they are looking for. I will then give them several options for how they would like to get their photos. I do not sell photo packages. I work by the hour only. The customer will get a release to get as many photos as they like printed at not additional cost from me.
