I get so much spam that I don't answer my phone if I don't know who it is. It is crazy ! Also, if I'm working with a client I won't answer either.
How did you get started in this business?
I always loved art and photography. I decided that if I was going to do this that I needed to go to college and learn to do it right.
I have worn out a few camera's learning and just doing what I love to do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Farmers, Horsemen and women, Realtors, School moms and dads, Corporate Presidents and Vice Presidents.
I can communicate very well with anyone.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We did a wedding this fall that was outdoors. It was casual, jeans or dresses were the attire. Formal attire for the bride and groom and the wedding party.
It was a smaller event but, so relaxed and just fun.
There was a hayride that we were included in for just the wedding party and the photographers and the pictures are gorgeous.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone that you are comfortable with. That you can feel open with and tell us what type of photos you want to have done. Always feel free to say what you like or don't care for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Colors to wear for portraits. Bright colors, earth tones photograph well. Neons do not. They are really awful and do not photograph well.
And the other things that were in my last answer about what you are looking for to hire a pro photographer
