Hello I'm a Le Cordon Bleu Chef, I'm also the head chef of a Sorority house, I also have a food truck called "This Beef Guy". I also teach culinary classes online. Working with me is actually really fun and fast paced, I love cooking it's my passion and it's who I am. I can cook for 2 people and I can cook for 7000. I've been cooking for 25 years now and I have no regrets on becoming a chef. I can cook any cuisine known to man, also I absolutely love cooking Thai food.
