We start off with a consultation. I get to know the client's desire for their hair, confirming style, length, and color. I then direct them to my booking site and ensure they choose the correct option for their style.

I would suggest to customers that they do their research. Make sure the pro/stylist is credible, has pictures of their work, and has a legit website or social media page.
