About
I use studio lighting to bring real estate to life, in true to color sharp images. Portraits are really fun and I love it when I see the satisfaction in a customers face.
It is really cool when a project turns out better than expected.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Real estate is really simple, just let me know how many square feet the home is and when you need the photos. It is usually a 24 hour turn around.
Portraits are not quite the same. I do have a questionaire for portraits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned most of my real estate photography from a fellow in California. I am also a member of Professional Photographers of America.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Real estate shoots are normally 125.00 for up to 3000 sq ft.
Drone and video are extra.
How did you get started in this business?
I started photographing my own listings and had a burn to just get better and better. That led to people and portraits.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with lots of real estate agents. I've also worked with models working on their portfolios.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Think about all of the pictures of home interiors you've saw that don't really show the true colors of the interior rooms and don't really represent the home very well. The flambient process that I use will be true to color 98% of the time .
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Budget is the big one. If you just need a few quick portraits done, with little or no editing or is it a project that you really need to look awesome? Sometime a project can take the same amount of time in editing or more as it did on scene.
