What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to book parties about 5 to 6 weeks in advance. but i can pull a party together at any point if I have the date available! I have a checklist we can run down to make sure all the fun can be had by all!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through Pure Romance we have access to a panel of trainers that range of Drs to Therapists. I have completed the Party school ensuring that I will help you and your friends enjoy your event!
I also Graduated 2017 the Future Leaders program
I focus on Product training weekly to keep fresh any new products that might help in the intamcy department

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If your looking at booked a party where you want your products by a certain time. like before you leave for honeymoon you need to plan at least 2 weeks ahead so that if the consultant dosnt have it in stock the night of your event! she can get it in before you leave for your honeymoon!
