I served in the United States Navy as a cook and baker in 1989 / 93.
My wife and I started La'Shmoke Shak because we got great feedback from food we prepared just for fun , and turned into a culture. Brisket is our signature meat that will melt in your mouth, and Hunni Bunn has the organizational skills that keep us professional and she makes a dessert to die for.
