What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect via email, text or phone to set up a trial date for either makeup or Makeup and Hair combo. I have an in-house studio in Waltham, with special lighting and the trials are at that location. If the customer is 100% satisfied we send out a contract and a questionnaire sheet to fill out which requires a small deposit to secure the date. I also connect with the client to ask if they have any further questions need any additional help with the event.
