I’m the owner and chef behind Blacc’s Kitchen, an elevated dining experience where we specialize in personal dining with authentic Haitian and Jamaican fusion flavors. I create memorable experiences for everything from intimate dinners to larger celebrations. I handle everything from menu design and cooking to serving and cleanup, so our clients can relax and enjoy. My main emphasis is being all about my clients and how to best serve them.
What sets my business apart is our focus on authentic Caribbean flavors, personalized service, and a seamless dining experience that brings people together around the table. The ultimate goal for my business is to grow it to the point where I have multiple chefs on my team, allowing us to expand and service as many clientele as possible.
