What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Cleanliness! If your file is white or if they don't throw the pumice out, don't go back.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Will I have time to remove my gel polish in a healthy way? (This is the biggest reason for damage and dryness.) Peeling or picking your nails off, will make the next set not adhere as well. It's progressive. Do it over and over, and you'll have trouble holding on to a set.
