Award winning photographer, Corinna Cole, owner of Photography and Design by Corinna, is pleased to announce the opening of her brand new studio at 2 Paradise Road in Swampscott, Massachusetts. Formerly located in both Lynnfield and Ipswich, Mass., Cole is excited to return and share her craft in Swampscott.

“I feel so lucky to be doing something I love,” said Cole. “Opening this new location in the town in which I started is very exciting. I look forward to meeting new people and their pets in the community.” Photography and Design by Corinna opened its doors in 1995. As a well-established, educated, and professional visual artist with 28 years of experience, Cole’s enthusiasm shines through in her work. She is extremely patient with all of the details and takes the time to compose the perfect photograph.

Photography and Design by Corinna specializes in high end, artistic wall portraits of children and pets. Cole will happily shoot in her studio or on location. To emphasize a more luxurious look, Cole specifically concentrates on color plus black and white photography with creative lighting. Her photographs resemble paintings with the fine art details of canvas and brush strokes making each piece even more unique.

Cole’s expertise with post production and her art school background make her portraits truly stunning in style and uniqueness. She attended Massachusetts College of Art where she majored in the discipline of Photography and Design and has received several awards for her work, majority coming from the Professional Photographers of Massachusetts (PPAM). Cole is also one of 75 in the world with the designation of Certified Evidence Photographer through the Professional Photographic Certification Commission. Her education, past experience as an Advertising Art Director for a major department store, and even volunteering with animals has evolved her visual compositions over the years. An animal lover herself, Cole has dedicated decades to helping raise money for animals in need as well as opening her home to foster German Shepherds.

She is also involved with both commercial and forensic photography for various applications. These other assignments have allowed Cole to greatly expand her artistic abilities and photography skills. Cole uses high end equipment, such as Nikon and FujiFilm cameras, and applications like Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One, and is

constantly upgrading to the newest technological equipment. Staying up-to-date with new technology allows Cole to continue fostering and expanding her craft.

Wall portraits plus several sample images will be on display to view at Cole’s open house. She cannot wait to chat about your family, furry or not, and discuss the opportunity to create beautiful, unique portraits for you this holiday season.
