I create a menu of items from scratch with quality ingredients that of what people want. I stand out because I can do vegan, gluten free, and regular cuisines with ease.
I believe in no processed foods, processed ingredients or anything that will harm the body. I have studied food nutrition and have the experience to understand what it takes to serve up the best in food experiences.
Quality, flavor, and texture is what people can say about my food. For example, my crab cakes are considered to be the best ever....
I started creating food from scratch in 2005 and haven't stopped. I believe I have created a unique experience with providing street food service. The joy of having people absolutely love my creations is the ultimate satisfaction.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a conversation about the event. Then discuss what they want to serve. I'll provide a plan and menu. They can adjust that menu and we go from there. I write up a contract and collect a deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated in nutrition. Food service experience in 5 star service. Past food service resume consists of employment at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach. And Pete's of Bucs.

I can work with any budget. The budget is dictated by food choice and amount of guests.

I started in the food service business 25 years ago.

I provided a 150 person formal dinner with 5 courses.

A tasting is important.

You get what you pay for. You can go for average. Or go for a menu that stands out and becomes a great experience.
