As a photographer, Wendy strives to connect directly to her artistic vision as well as provide a fun environment for her clients. Her passion is to create positive and long lasting memories for everyone she works with. She has a lifestyle/photojournalistic approach to her images, which leads her to catch expressions that are real and candid. She has a natural talent with children and for calming the nervous bride.
Wendy is available for a variety of services in the DC/ Baltimore/ . She LOVES to travel for weddings so if you are having a destination wedding don't hesitate to call. In the past she has shot weddings in WVA, VA, MA, CT, NY, England, the Bahamas, and Mexico.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make it as easy as possible for clients to get pricing and information about my style of photography. I love to talk on the phone with new couples so we get to know each other faster. The wedding day or portrait sessions are the same. It is all about keeping everyone calm, laughing, and knowing they are getting awesome photos.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a theater degree which helps me with weddings every weekend. Watching them unfold in front of me, but also helping in the background to make sure everything runs smoothly.
After theater school I went to photography school and recieved a professional certification for professional photography.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing can be completely customized, but for a full wedding day (8 hours) I have a set starting price around 3,000. I can only shoot so many events in a year and I want to make sure I am giving a quality of service as well. Some peope have elopments, destination weddings, and courthouse weddings that I can put together specialized collections for.
