I am a Personal Health Chef, certified Nutritionist, and Health Coach.. My specialty is creating meals that are balanced, healthy, delicious, and nutritiously rich. This doesn't limit one from having a menu of delicious food for an event or meal. My passion is to work with individuals, groups, or cater events to improve the quality dietary habits, offer new dishes and a variety of cuisines. I service athletes, businesses, families, individuals, and retirees who are seeking customized meals or menus made from farm to table ingredients.
I love cooking and providing not only flavorful food, or good presentation, but fresh and nutritous rich meals. Meals that serves to ones health.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All personal chef clients are required to fill out a nutrition assessment, complete an agreement, and follow up with one month service fee in addition a two week deposit.
Catering events are required to submit a request for service on the type of event, a quote and menu will be submitted to client from the chef. Upon an agreement on the terms for the event the client will sign an agreement and 50% percent rertainer fee will be required at the time of signing the agreement. The remaining balance is required four days prior of the event.
