What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make connect and make connect, assess what the client needs for all parts of their event and then price arrived according, reconnect and secure the date. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 19 years in the events food and beverage genre. Our staff are trained for the specific roles they need to provide. TIPS certified, safe serve certified.

It's determined by the variables of the specific event. Everything is priced based on scale of services. 


How did you get started in this business?

I transitioned from opening restaurants, clubs and bars. I saw a need to provide event services outside the restaurant business. 


What types of customers have you worked with?

Corporate, private, sporting events & clients, festivals, bar mitzvah's, etc.

Naval academy, under armour, booz Allen Hamilton, Westin, Ravens, CBS sports radio, Annapolis yacht club, Malibu rum, St John properties, across the bay,  BMW, Mercedes, Ford, fish for a cause, ECU,  Grand Prix Baltimore, pickles pub, Chesapeake investments, Harley Davidson Annapolis/ Delaware, naval institute, charthouse, John's Hopkins, Cornell, University of Maryland.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Avoid trying to retain to many vendors and if you do have someone in this profession manage all of them for you. The day of your event should be about you not worrying about who is showing up and where everything is. This will illiminate your stress. 


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Budget, flexability for dates, theme, guest count and location.
