What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first of all try to get my customers dreams into reality by listening to what they what and creating the exact style as well as advising them on how best the style Fits their persona and the occasion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in industrial art. I have been an artist all my live from high school to university.
What promt me to do art is the fact that I like doing things with my hands. And trust me, they have never failed me.

How did you get started in this business?
I started doing my own hair and did friends and family. Wanted to work from home and spend time with my kids so I decided to go professional.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone that needs help with their hair. Brides, kids, women from all works of live.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
When one of my customers needed help with hair and makeup for an event. She came to me with a puzzled face and asked if I could help her.
I told her to come follow me to Sephora to help get the right foundation and primer for her skin.
On the day of the event to came some hours before the event and I put my skills to work.
She sent me a picture she took at the event and to thank me and added that everybody that saw her was giving her good compliment and wondered who helped her look her best.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I believe in good art. So my advice is if your stylist can bring your dream to reality. You should stick to that.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always try to see if your desire can be met.
