What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome my client, make them feel relax, and then I ask lots of questions about their lifestyle, time allowed for themselves, and then we talk about what they like and dislikes about their hair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked the hair industry for over 30 years started in Georgetown, md now in Owings mills, md I trained with Coldwell, Artego, Redken, Paul Mitchell and Pivot Point.to name a few.
