What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all new clients we like to start with a consultation to get more information about what the client likes & dislikes as well as medical restrictions & previous processes done to the hair.

We do have a standard price list. Each service is reasonably priced.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always been a natural at hair, skin care, really anything beauty so I decided to get a formal education in 2010. I attended Regency Beauty Institute and before graduation I had purchased my first Beauty Salon.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients of different nationalities from different backgrounds. Women, Children & Men from ages 3 to 93. I love working with all types of people.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We put on a hair show that was hosted by Jess Hilarious & Lil Mo and the energy was just amazing. I loved every moment of seeing all different types of stylists showcase their talent and individuality.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be to make sure you are looking for someone who cares about the overall health of your hair.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would say just think about what your desired result is and we can take it from there.
