What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do some form of consultation.
I ask for pictures or videos if they style or product you at looking for. From there I asses materials needed to achieve desire look and give pricing and set appointments.
For wig, hair extension, and lashes extension please order at least a week before your desired appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Clover Park Technical College Cosmetology program in 2005.
I attend regular workshops and hair show.
I utilize available visual tools such as video (youtube), Avalon instruction videos, and continual practice.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out as a cosmetologist and worked in the shop. In 2014 I wanted to expand more than just being a hairstyles but also developing my own products line. I started out by buying test product. Once i found a vender that privided quality products I started to market my brand Chic by Sheresa.
