Professionally trained Private chef. I've worked at multiple Michelin star restaurants in the Southern California area and just moved to the PNW to pursue my private chef dream. Weddings, parties, date nights, etc. I do it all. The areas I'm most knowledgeable in are Asian, Hispanic, and Italian but I'm on a mission to cook and learn as much about different cultures as I possibly can. I also do weekly meal prepping/recipe making for diets and people who just don't have the time to cook for themselves.
