Valentine Catering Company is an up and coming so we are fairly new. Everything is made scratch. Nothing is bought out or frozen. We make all icing from scratch and sauces. We do baby showers ( food and Baking), cocktail parties, birthdays, anniversaries and more. We do it all on your budget. Something comes with something and your buck will always go far. Valentine Catering Company is new but the cooks are not. The cooks and myself has been cooking and baking for over 10 years please being Servsafe Manger certification and college degrees to back up my Company. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see how the customer is doing, talk about menu ideas and plating, then me and the customer decide on a permanent menu, then we set up a tasting and payment arrangement.

My staff is Servsafe certified, have 10+years of true cooking experience and college degrees.

we specialize in bundle deals. Deals like entree and dessert, or 4 courses and prices depend on what the customer would like to have.
How did you get started in this business?
We first started by creating foods for family and family gathering, but the family started bring friends and other company to the gathering and they liked the food so we started to cook and bake for them and we decided to just start a catering company with scratch cooking and baking.
What types of customers have you worked with?
So far its been younger kids, elderly and family. I had some ethnic people but not many.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If your want organic cooking and baking we're the place. Everything is scratch made be we cook with passion and love. Scratch is better and healthier.
