Ciara studied Cosmetology at Excel Academies of Cosmetology in Troy, and continued her education after receiving her license by studying under industry leading professionals to perfect her craft. Her attention to detail and on trend styling leaves each and every one of her guests feeling gorgeous and full of confidence.
