What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive An initial phone call or email from a potential new client.
We complete an intake: get all the necessary information to see if we can assist the bride to be. We will also give the caller a quote tailored to fit there needs and budget In-person Meeting and a security deposit is required before we can retain the caller as a new client.
At the meeting I will formally introduce myself and get an overview of the company and our staff. We will discuss your progress, needs, our contract, sign up sheet and payments. If you want to move forward you will pay your security deposit and sign our service agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Ms. Ericka Renee' and I am a certified Wedding Planner. I am the owner and executive planner. I personally meet with all new clients and train all new employees to understand the wedding industry.

How did you get started in this business?
I planned a few weddings and events for fun and I discovered a talent and a joy that I get from brining happiness to my couples on one of the biggest days in their lives!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am most proud of a wedding I've excuted June 2014. I was invovled in a car accident the day before and totaled my truck. I had an concussion bruises, I did not let that hender me from pulling off the rehersal (same day as accident) and pulling off the biggest wedding we've ever had (at the time) without any problems.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advise I would give a customer is hire someone who is passionate and dedicated to your wedding needs. Someone you feel comfortable with and isn't in it just for the money.
