I've worked with many different types of customers. They range from one year old children to older men and women. My customers are from many different types of nationalities.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event that I am fond of was one of the most recent classes I have taken on hairstyles. Learning is a passion of mine and I want to be better for my customers. In this class we spent long days learning different hairstyles for different occasions like weddings, bridal showers, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To check many pictures of their work, specifically any pictures that look similar to what you're looking for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The products they use for their hair.
