What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I like to spend time with new customers to understand the look and feel they would like to achieve from their photo session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of photography experience across many different areas and subject matters. I am constantly learning new ways to improve and refine areas of my workflow and frequently contribute and participate in group discussions and learning sessions. I have also been a photography instructor specializing in light, studio, and on-location photography along with being an active mentor for music photography.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Simple is always best. With that, I belive in keeping my rate structure very simple and straight-forward. There are not catches and no push for up-selling. My pricing is always available through my website at www.rubenephoto.com.
How did you get started in this business?
