What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sometimes the best set of eyes are good ears.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15+ years working as a photojournalist for several different newspapers. That training has served me well with understaning how to work under stressful conditions under tight deadlines. More importantly though it forced me to work in myriad different conditions and it introduced me to people from all different walks of life.
I've also taught photograph for the past 20 years at St. Cloud State University as an adjunct instructor for the Department of Mass Communications.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with clients from all different backgrounds, which is where my time working as a photojournalist comes in handy. It doesn't matter if you are a one person agency, a memeber of a large marketing firm, a bride, a C suite executive or a small business owner, everyone deserves respect and everyone of my clients will always get my full attention to detail and service.
