We are a family run full service catering company passionate about creating exceptional experiences with delicious food and excellent service. Chef Jeff, owner and executive chef, can cook any cuisine style and is most known for blending midwestern comfort foods with global ingredients. We make our meals with the freshest ingredients and We pride ourselves on giving our clients only the best and that means personally customizing each event to meet our clients needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to hear more about your event through a phone call so we can get all the details.
Our event lead will put together a detailed proposal for you to review and once you are satisfied with the proposal we require a deposit.
We will have a few checkins leading up to the event to make sure everything is set and to make any changes or updates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Jeff has over 40 years of cooking experience. He first started in his families BBQ restaurant and then went on to work at several restauarants and country clubs including Nicollet Island Inn.

We try to keep our prices affordable and we are often below our competitors however because we customize menus and services for each client it will really depend.
How did you get started in this business?
Chef Jeff had a passion for bringing people together and giving make to his community. He started catering for churches and helping those in need. He gave job opportunities to those who needed a second chance. Giving back is a core function of who we are.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with everyone from nonprofits, religious organizations, corporate offices, brides and grooms, etc. Anyone who needs food for their event.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is their all in budget including all the bells and whistles,
Don't be afraid to ask for something even if it's not on the menu. Sometimes we might not be equipped to handle it but you won't know if you don't ask.
